Course Aim
All employees must now be inducted and trained in Covid-19 Awareness & Infection Control prior to returning to work. It is also recommended for those who remained working but have not yet received Covid-19 specific training. It is vital that all employees take responsibility to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and understand how they can use best practice in the workplace in line with your Covid-19 Lead Worker Representatives.This course is for all workers in all industries

Risk Groups
Workplace preparations
Covid-19 Infection control, hand hygiene, cough etiquette & social distancing
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
First Aid changes.
Course Outcomes
On completion of this course participants will be able to:
Recognise the dangers, signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
Understand the importance of social distancing and hygiene.
Be able to effectively conduct hand hygiene and cough etiquette.
Understand how to correctly use PPE.
Understand the importance of reporting.
Pre-requisites
There are no pre-requisites for this course, however participants should be capable of understanding English to a high level.
